There is also a brief (optional) meditation and some breathing exercises. Your body would get a great strong toning workout and your mind would benefit from de-stressing and a renewed sense of peace.
This Yoga DVD is suited for all levels of yoga practitioners, including total beginners. The video is led by three participants, including Anastasia, the instructor. Each one of the participants shows a different level of advancement in yoga practice. One of them is a total beginner, and another one is exceptionally advanced, while the third one is in the middle. They all are having fun while demonstrating a different version for each pose (an easier or a harder one.)
