Recipe:
- 1 lb. bass fillet
- 2 ripe avocados, pureed
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tbsp. tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp. onions, diced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Tabasco sauce and sea salt to taste
